Evolution Laboratories Return & Refund Policy

At Evolution Laboratories, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy.

All Sales Are Final

For quality assurance, product integrity, and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products once they have been shipped.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Evolution Laboratories is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • You receive the incorrect product.
  • Your order arrives significantly damaged.
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled due to an error on our part.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Evolution Laboratories is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible by providing shipment information.
